Amy Swanson

About: I have a degree in English Lit, and I taught advanced writing, rhetoric, and creative writing for 25 years. I am also a Spiritual Director, and I love listening to the stories in people’s lives and helping them discover meaning and purpose. I believe storytelling brings the gift of healing to our hearts and souls. I have always had a passion for writing and teaching. I've taken many writing courses and workshops over the years. I became am a certified Guided Autobiography facilitator in 2020. Working with people to help preserve their legacy is an incredible privilege. I am also a licensed Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation where I have advanced training in coaching and asking good questions to draw out what is inside of you and help you express your thoughts and memories in words.
