About

My tenth-grade English teacher once told me, "You'll never be a writer. It's a good thing you have strong math skills." At 16, I believed him. For decades, I wanted to write my story but had no idea where to start. In 2025, I discovered the Guided Autobiography process and have fallen into the deep end. I now enjoy doing this for others. Teaching since 2025, I'm also a coach and a seasoned facilitator.
