About: I completed my GAB 1 course in June of 2023 and took the Facilitator
Training in September 2023. I have been a teacher and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (30+ years), as well as a group and workshop facilitator. After retiring I missed the personal interaction with people who were seeking to continually grow and understand themselves and who valued the presence of an experienced guide to help them on their paths.
Guided Autobiography has been a perfect vehicle for me to continue working with people who seek meaningful, authentic conversation in a community of kindred spirits. I have found this process to be well-suited for Seniors. It has been so rewarding and an honor to witness these amazing people who have the most varied and interesting stories to share. I have facilitated GAB 1 and GAB 2 groups for my local Senior Center and the Senior Community in which I live.
