Janet Meyer

About: Janet Meyer became a certified Guided Autobiography leader in 2015, after a successful career as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Boulder, Colorado.

In her “Stories from the Heart” class, participants write ten short but meaningful stories about their life, each on a different theme. Each week, Janet introduces interesting themes and priming questions that evoke memories of events once known but filed away and seemingly forgotten. Students receive support, structure, and encouragement in the safety of a small group. No writing experience is required. The purpose of this class is help you tell your story in your voice, for the people who matter to you.
