As a Certified Birren Center Guided Autobiography Instructor, she combines their 40+ years of expertise with research-based instruction, creating an interactive and supportive space for reflection and storytelling. Through her Seasons & Moments Life Story Courses, Mary guides participants in organizing their memories.
