About: I am the first Guided Autobiography (GAB) instructor in Turkey. My journey with autobiography began during my final year in the history department at Bogazici University, where we were asked to write an autobiography as our thesis. I continued revising it after graduation, uncovering deeper socio-political insights into my personal story. This practice guided my academic path, leading to the publication of my master’s thesis by a prestigious Turkish publisher and later an award. A leading global publisher published my PhD thesis. Although I initially thought I had developed the GAB technique independently, I later discovered James Birren’s work and became trained in the method. I’m proud to be Turkey’s first GAB instructor. I adapted the technique for artistic production, working with an artist on a solo performance funded by the EU. In addition to GAB, I am a qualitative researcher, content consultant, and playwright. My published works include Yeni Bir Hayat Kurmak (2017) and The Making of a Makbul Father (2024).

Specialty Focus Groups: I can create new themes according to specific demands and bring together people who would like to focus on specific experiences. I work with people whose mother tongue is Turkish.
